✅ Diet: Track your macros 4-5 days a week. On the other days, eyeball it. Don’t be “that guy” weighing lettuce at brunch—have a bit of balance.
 
✅ Sleep: Track it. Fix it. If you’re knackered all the time, it’s probably because your sleep sucks. Sort it out, and you’ll feel like a new person. 
 
✅ Sunlight: Morning sun in your face, and catch a sunset if you can. Bonus: you’ll look less like a mole and more like a human.
 
✅ Drink Water: Sip electrolytes. It’s not rocket science—stop walking around dehydrated like a raisin
 
Now, here’s the deal:
